Company drivers at MIT Logistics run late-model Volvo VNL 860 trucks and can earn up to 3,000 miles per week, with weekly direct deposit and a transparent pay structure that rewards a clean record and seat time. Solo drivers with five or more years and a clean record earn $0.75 CPM, while experienced team drivers earn $0.80 CPM. We pay detention at $20 per hour and extra stops at $25 each, and our guaranteed home-time policy means that if we are late getting you home, we pay. There is no forced dispatch to New York City, dispatch is available around the clock, and our trucks are pet friendly from day one.

To qualify, applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least two years of over-the-road experience, and maintain a clean driving record. We are looking for safety-minded professionals who take pride in delivering freight on time and representing MIT Logistics on the road. In return, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a referral bonus program, and a safety bonus structure that pays up to $300 per level. Drivers do not touch the freight, and our fleet is maintained to the highest mechanical standard so you can focus on what you do best: driving.
